Longer life of sockets and extensions. (reduction in consumable costs) Original accessories were lasting 3-4 days, with “ErgoTorq” 3-4 weeks !

Adaptors are being used on a manual operation to improve the performance of the tooling and at the same time extend the life of the accessories.

Yes it more then met expectations.

Are you aware that "ErgoTorq" can be used on any tooling application where torque quality and extension or socket wobble is a problem, from pistol grip tools to multi-spindle nutrunners ?

Yes

If your "ErgoTorq" product is being used on a manual operation, what has been the response of the operators to its installation ?

Yes this is a manual operation.

What do you like most about the product ?

No negatives other than possible clearance problems on certain applications. (This problem has been resolved with our restricted O.D. Adaptors for these applications.)

Additional Comments, Suggestions or Questions

With the “ERGOTORQ” Adaptors installed on tooling, the torque setting of the tool had to be reduced to prevent over torques on the joints. (Tool is running at a lower setting, yet providing the same torque. This will result in extended tool life.)
